My Life In Picstitch...

Update on "Mom's Bootcamp"-

We slacked off of many of our fitness routines since May (crazy month!). But we are still getting out and about and "eating this, not that".

A major milestone- we took a walk last week that my boys (one in particular) barely made it through last November. Last week- no problem!! Didn't even break a sweat. The proof is in the improvement! :)

Silly Photo Time-

It seems I used to always have a "silly photo of the week". Not so much lately- but then I looked at my camera one day and found these. Thanks, James!

Remember Erin?-

She is working hard at cutting hair, and has also gotten majorly involved in youth ministry.
I sniped these pictures while she was cutting her brother's hair.

Got Slurpies?

Mostly I say NO to slurpies- we drive passed 7-11 every time we come and go from our home, so I get asked a lot. This day James asked. I said "NO". He reminded me that it was the anniversary of his baptism day. Slurpies it is then!!

Father's Day!

This collage is actually picmonkey.

The grandsons are acting shy, but they love grandpa!! As a matter of fact, littlest man cub was hugging and kissing grandpa all through mass in the morning.

And nothing makes dad happier than seeing all three of his boys serve. He's kind of sappy that way.

They're at it again!

You'll never guess what it is from this picture of the work in progress- the boys and Frank ran a PVC pipe from a line across our lawn to make a rain curtain. It's hard to get pictures that really do it justice, but I'll work on it. It's actually pretty cool.

Let's Go Fly A Kite!

The kite wasn't sailing so "cousin Paul's" mad flying skills were called upon. It was short lived, yet fun.

Paul Again.

This time it is "Uncle Paul". I love how much the kids love him.

These just make me happy!! :)

Pure Joy!

And Silliness!

That's it. The highlights! So much for my promise of blogging more!! :)

  1. Oh, Laurie! I love your pictures, all of them! There is so much to say about them not sure where to begin. Except, your husband with the boys in their cassocks...I love that and can only imagine how he must feel to see it and know that those her his "boys". I picture my dad feeling that way many years ago! The second one that caught my attention was the baptism birthday slurpie. Sounded like a great way to celebrate...and I had to chuckle at his quick thinking skills :)
