This Week:::October 25-29

I have to confess that this week is a blur to me. I have to look at my calendar to see what in the world happened. But, this is what we have. Some fall fun and working on the basics. :)

I purchased a fall leaf craft kit- not the most inspiring, but the boys indulged me and made some leaves to add to our fall decorations.

 And, they painted some fun ceramic pumpkins that a friend brought over for our co op kids to paint.

 My nephew, CK, made this fabulously creepy snack to share on co op day.

 What self-respecting homeschool family would miss an opportunity for a "field trip" to the pumpkin patch?

My main goal right now is consistency. I can see it paying off in my boys' reading ability. I don't wait for big chunks of time. If have just five minutes, I take it.

I hope you all had a fantastic week- and can remember it!

  1. I love your week! I like your idea about grabbing time whenever you can instead of waiting for the "perfect" amount of time - it just doesn't happen very often. Thanks for linking up again, have a great weekend!

  2. Lori, we've taken so many field trips this fall, I felt bad for yet one more...but it, too, was to the pumpkin patch.
