Picture Book Challenge::Watering Level
I am going to join in with "There's A Book" for the 2012 Picture Book Challenge. This year, I am choosing a more modest goal. Last year I joined in at "Harvesting Level" and reached about "Feeding Level".
Still, I enjoyed participating.
For someone who is reading with a child and planning on writing reviews,
the level selection goes like this:
“Planting” – Read 12 picture books with a child during the year.
This year, I am participating at the "Watering Level". That is not a lot, but I assume I can upgrade. I will be sharing 3 of our favorite picture book reads each month!
Join in or just read what other reviewers share. As a long time picture book fan, who has been reading to children for over thirty years (starting with my little brother and sister), I sometimes feel like there can't possibly be new picture book finds out there. There are! And I found so many of them through this link up last year.
Read about the challenge here. You sign up for the year there too.
When you review your first book, link up at January's challenge page here. Make sure that you have joined the challenge first.
*Sorry for the crazy highlights- I did not copy and paste the whole post, but it looks that way. I don't know...
